Blind Contour Friday...my keys
Over at InkfingerNiff & Sutter have started something called Blind Contour Friday. Several people are participating in it now...they have posted links there. This is my first attempt...I added color in Photoshop...that part wasn't blind. I guess it's my lame attempt to try to make my drawing better. I know, I know...blind contours are supposed to look bad, but I don't like posting bad drawings.

Oh, I love this! The photoshopped color is a great addition. I think blind contour drawings aren't BAD--they're loose and lively to my eye, but that's my eye, right ? ;D
I agree with laura, I never think they are "bad" because I know that they are an exercize. It'a all to see how we form things in our mind, and how much detail we really pay attention to.
Still a nice drawing though, I really like the key chain.

I love the contour drawings especially with the addition of color. I also love the idea of the ATC from an earlier journal entry. It makes me wish I could draw. Will they take photos of my collages?
